Dr. Alevizatos has been practicing urology in Baltimore for more than 10 years. His urologic interests include erectile dysfunction and prosthetic surgery, open and laparoscopic management of renal malignancies, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and stone disease.


He has served on the Surgical Quality Assurance, Cancer, and Medical Executive Committees at Good Samaritan Hospital and has served as the Physician Liaison for the Prostate Cancer Support Group.

Dr. Fenig is fellowship trained in male infertility and sexual dysfunction. He has a special interest in erectile dysfunction and the preservation of erectile function after prostate cancer treatment and is an experienced prosthetic surgeon. He specializes in infertility-related surgeries including vasectomy, microsurgical vasectomy reversal, microsurgical varicocele repair, and sperm retrieval for IVF including microdissection testicular sperm extraction.


Dr. Fenig serves as a male fertility consultant to all of the Baltimore/DC IVF centers. Dr. Fenig also treats numerous male sexual health issues including erectile dysfunction, male hypogonadism (low testosterone), and Peyronie's disease. Other clinical interests include benign prostate disorders, stone disease, and male incontinence.


Dr. Fenig serves as Co-Director of Male Fertility, Microsurgery, and Sexuality at Chesapeake Urology Associates as well as the Co-Director of the Vasectomy Reversal Center of America.


Dr. Fenig is a recipient of the International Volunteers of Urology Traveling Resident Scholar Award and the Frank Hinman, Jr. Research Award for his work in infertility in cryptorchid males.


A member of the American Urological Association, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Endourological Society, Dr. Fenig has co-authored numerous publications in peer- reviewed journals and has presented at national urology and sexual medicine conferences. He has also authored book chapters on male infertility and urologic surgery.

Dr. Lerner practices general urology and his specific clinical interests include vasectomy, male infertility, erectile dysfunction including prosthesis for the treatment of ED, kidney stones, sperm retrieval procedures, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH or enlarged prostate).  


In 2012, Dr. Lerner was honored with a Citation from Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley in recognition of more than 22 years of outstanding service in the Baltimore community.


Dr. Lerner has been named one of Baltimore's "Top Doctors" seven times. In addition, he has twice been selected by his peers as a "Super Doctor" for Urology in the Washington Post Magazine/Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Baltimore, and has been recognized nationally in "The Guide to Top Doctors."

Dr. Segal practices general urology and male sexual medicine. His expertise includes male sexual dysfunction, erectile dysfunction including penile prosthesis, Peyronie’s disease, hypogonadism (low testosterone), priapism, premature ejaculation as well as male incontinence, urethral strictures and enlarged prostate (BPH).


Dr. Segal sees patients in the Westminster office for erectile dysfunction (ED), Peyronie's disease and hypogonadism (low testosterone).


While at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr. Segal coordinated several research studies and clinical trials under Dr. Arthur Burnett for erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy. He has co-authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented studies at urology and sexual medicine conferences.


While in medical training at McGill University, Dr. Segal was awarded the Frank McGill Travel Fellowship award and the Quebec Urology Association Scholarship. He received a research grant from the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and was elected into the Golden Key National Honour Society at McGill University. In addition, for four years, Dr. Segal was a volunteer “Big Brother” to a child with special needs as a member of The Friendship Circle Montreal, a non-profit organization that provides assistance and support to children with special needs and their families.

A Baltimore native and Gilman School graduate, Dr. Sigman's clinical interests include erectile dysfunction and prosthetic surgery, kidney stone disease, including minimally invasive surgical management and prevention, benign prostate disease management, including both medical and surgical management, and vasectomy.


He is a partner with Chesapeake Urology and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. During his training, Dr. Sigman was awarded the A. Bradley Gaither Memorial Award for excellence in genito-urinary surgery and he published several papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Smolev has experience in all aspects of urology, including erectile dysfunction, with special expertise in the use of prosthetics for the restoration of male erectile function and male and female urinary incontinence. He also provides all available minimally invasive surgeries for the enlarged prostate in men and the endoscopic (non-surgical) treatment of kidney stones.
